Daryl Benoit is a member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is an Accredited Appraiser under Certificate number 3648. The appraiser has fulfilled mandatory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements according to AIC Continuing Professional Development Program Guidelines and Policies for the 5 year period ended September 30, 2007 and efforts have begun to fulfil requirements for the next 2008 to 2012 cycle. In May 2008 successfully completed the Professional Ethics and Standards course, satisfying this requirement until 2012.
